Sprinkler irrigation has become an important technical measure in water-saving irrigation. Due to the wide area of arid regions in China, it plays a very important role in agricultural irrigation and has various advantages in agricultural irrigation equipment. However, the following precautions should also be taken during the use and maintenance of agricultural sprinkler irrigation equipment.
Matters related to the use and maintenance of agricultural sprinkler irrigation equipment:
1. Before use, check whether the vertical pipe of the nozzle is vertical and whether the bracket is stable. If the vertical pipe is not vertical, it will affect the reliability of the nozzle rotation and the uniformity of water distribution. The bracket installation is unstable and may be carried by the spray force of the nozzle during operation, resulting in damage to the nozzle.
2. Before starting, first check if all the valves on the dry and branch pipes are closed, then start the water pump. After the water pump reaches the rated speed, slowly open the main valve and the valves on each branch pipe in sequence to ensure that the water pump starts under low load, avoid overload, and prevent pipeline vibration caused by water hammer.
3. During operation, the pressure of each part of the sprinkler system should be monitored at all times, and the hydraulic loss of the main pipe should not exceed the economic value; The pressure reduction of the branch pipe shall not exceed 20% of the high pressure of the branch pipe.
4. During the operation of the sprinkler system, it is necessary to observe the appropriate sprinkler intensity at all times. It is required that there is no runoff or water accumulation on the soil surface. Otherwise, it indicates that the sprinkler intensity is too high. The working pressure should be reduced or a smaller diameter nozzle should be used in a timely manner to reduce the sprinkler intensity.
5. Throughout the entire sprinkler operation, the uniformity of irrigation should be monitored at all times. If necessary, rain gauges should be evenly arranged on the spraying area. The actual measurement of the combined uniformity of sprinkler irrigation should be greater than or equal to 0.8. If the measured uniformity is poor, efforts can be made to improve the uniformity of sprinkler irrigation throughout the entire irrigation season to make up for it.
6. During operation, it is necessary to strictly follow the operating specifications, pay attention to safety, especially to prevent water from spraying onto the live line, and avoid the line when moving the pipe to prevent leakage accidents.
7. During the operation of the sprinkler system, it is necessary to check all components of the sprinkler system at any time. After each spraying, the sprinkler system, water pump, and nozzle should be cleaned, and rust proof oil should be applied to the rotating parts. In winter, the water inside the pump and pipeline should be drained completely to prevent equipment from freezing and cracking.
8. During winter or when the sprinkler is not used for a long time, it is necessary to inspect the agricultural sprinkler equipment and check whether there is any abnormal wear on the rotating parts such as the nozzle, hollow shaft, sleeve shaft, and washer. Damaged parts should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner.
